About the Role
**What you will do:**
As our Flight Operations Manager, you will support our company flight operations under 14 CFR Part 91 by providing scheduling and logistics coordination services. You will be responsible for promoting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our fleet, personnel, and aviation infrastructure. This role requires exceptional communication skills, general regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence.
**Operational Leadership**
+ Coordinate daily day-to-day flight operations by enforcing operational policies and partnering with maintenance, safety, and corporate security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
**Safety & Compliance**
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, ICAO) and company policies while supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
