Fleet Record and Management

Responsibilities

• Processing of monthly billings (Vehicle Rental and STARCARD)
• Manage and ensure the updated and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance database in MS Excel and MS Access
• Processing of daily VRF or Vehicle Request Form
• Processing of RFP
• To monitor the scheduled preventive maintenance of the company vehicle
• To monitor the scheduled preventive maintenance of the vehicles under the car plan
• Process the approved VRRF or Vehicle Repair Request Form
• Process RS based on the recommendation from the auto mechanic and with the approval from the Fleet Maintenance and Asset Management Department Head
• Management of vehicles O.R and C.R.
• Monitoring of Vehicle for registration
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
