Key Responsibilities

Implementation: Lead the onboarding in 8 European markets where it is not yet active, ensuring alignment with global contract terms and smooth operational integration.

Ongoing Market Support: Monitor performance in markets, ensuring pricing remains competitive, service levels are upheld, and satisfaction remains high.

Contract Finalization: Drive the completion of the International Master Agreement (IMA) and local annexes, including governance on commercial terms, incentives, and escalation procedures.
