We’re looking for an experienced and driven Fleet Manager to oversee our transportation operations and lead a professional team to peak performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the company’s fleet in a supportive and professional work environment
Ensure vehicles are serviced, roadworthy, and compliant
Supervise drivers and enforce safety standards
Control and monitor GPS tracking systems for vehicle location, route adherence, and driver behavior
Monitor and reduce fuel consumption and operational costs
Handle insurance, registration, and regulatory compliance
Optimize routing, dispatch, and logistics performance
Recruit and retain top-performing, safety-conscious drivers
