This role ensures charging stations operate efficiently, supports issue resolution, coordinates with service providers and stakeholders, and contributes to delivering a reliable charging experience for customers.
Job Description
- Monitor the daily performance, availability, and operational status of flash charging stations across the network.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Respond to operational issues, service disruptions, and customer complaints, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
