As part of UM6P's sports policy, the Fitness Coach is responsible for setting up and supervising weight training and fitness activities, by proposing programs adapted to the different levels of participants. The objective is to promote fitness, maintain physical condition, or prepare for competitive sports activities, in a safe, dynamic, and supportive environment.
