+ Assist in the initial processing of fish in the raw room, including cutting and trimming fish using knives and machines.
+ Operate and support the fillet machine, ensuring proper loading and quality standards.
+ Trim and prepare fish on the trim table, removing blood spots, bruising, and other imperfections.
