Respond to service tickets across various locations throughout NYC.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records. S-98 Certification (required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire industry, with at least 2 years as a service technician.
Experience with Honeywell systems (required).
NICET Level I or II (highly preferred).
