About the Role
The **Fire Alarm Technician** shall perform inspecting, testing, and maintenance for ADAB’s fire alarm network, which include Fire Alarm Control panel (FACP’s), Fire Alarm Transceivers (FAT’s), and the Fire Alarm Central Dispatching Center (Monaco D-21) in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and operation.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Perform recurring preventive maintenance on installed fire detection and alarm systems IAW UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions in order to ensure the inspection of testing of installed fire detection, fire door, and alarm system at least once each contract year.
+ Perform corrective maintenance on installed fire detection, fire alarm, fire door, and mass notification systems IAW applicable UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions, to return a system or component to full operating condition.
