INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking a Financial Reporting & Audit Lead to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence across global operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare separate and consolidated financial statements for statutory reporting and Group Auditors in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Manage financial reporting activities for a complex US-based group structure operating across multiple regions.
• Support the preparation of transfer pricing schedules and workings in line with OECD guidelines.
• Assist in the understanding and application of inter-company transactions and related accounting treatments.
• Handle monthly and quarterly VAT/Sales Tax returns for Middle East, Africa, Pakistan, and US regions, including reconciliations with General L...
