Financial Manager & Controller - Randstad

Randstad Senior Finance is currently representing a large not for profit organisation who are looking to drive commercial excellence across their operations by recruiting for a Finance Business Partner Manager.

As FBP Manager you will be responsible for

• Management, coaching and development of a large, mostly qualified finance team
• Business partnering with senior operational managers in the business
• Oversight of periodical reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
• Delivery of actionable insights through analysis
• Long term financial planning
• KPI development
• Delivery of sound financial advice in relation to the wider financial strategy
• Support the financial system environment through change
• Change and transformation activities as required
