Financial Data Reporting Analyst (Part-Time 25 Hours/Week)

Hours per Week: 20 25 (approximately 5 hours per day)

Preferred Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM (not fixed yet)

Position Overview: This part-time role is responsible for executing recurring reporting and data management tasks. The position requires strong financial reporting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process the receipt of financial statements, including coordinating with members regarding missing or late reports, saving documents in appropriate repositories, facilitating extensions/waivers, and processing late-reporting fines.
