About the Role
Blackrock Silver (BRC.V) is a Vancouver based TSXV/OTCQX listed silver developer advancing its flagship Tonopah West project in Tonopah, Nevada.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will own the full accounting and financial reporting function in a high‑visibility, hands‑on role. Supported by a small, shared team, you will drive timely, accurate financials for our Blackrock Silver Corp., while building scalable processes as we transition into development. This is a newly created position ideal for a mining‑experienced CPA who thrives in a fast‑paced junior resource environment with outsourced elements of transactional work.

Lead preparation of public company filings, including IFRS consolidated financial statements, MD&A, Annual Information Form (AIF), and Management Information Circular.
Own month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, full‑cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll oversight, bank/cash ma...
