About the Role
- Preferred qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience
- Client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints
- Strong organizational and technical skills are required.
- Case Advisors manage inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker. (Having the candidate provide information about how they ve managed inventory and/or remained organized is helpful.)
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems at a time
