We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as **Finance Business Partner** in **Thorold, ON** !
In this full-time, temporary to permanent role, you’ll help our client with their Finance and Accounting needs.
**What You’ll Do:**


+ Prepare monthly financial reports with detailed variance analysis
+ Maintain forecast models tracking actual vs. budget by program
+ Validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Develop detailed annual budgets including staffing models and program allocations
+ Work with program teams to validate budgets and service levels
+ Prepare quarterly and annual funder reports aligned with general ledger
+ Track funding agreements and ensure compliance with restrictions
+ Prepare audit schedules including deferred revenue, accruals, and allocations
+ Support audit processes with accurate and timely documentation
