Competitive salary in the $80,000 - $95,000 range
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with large data sets, and has advanced Excel skills.
The Financial Analyst will support the financial performance and operational analysis of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, with a strong focus on insurance analysis, rent reviews, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial property financial performance across multiple assets and portfolios
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models and reporting tools in Microsoft Excel
