Financial analyst
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, margins, and SG&A costs.
- Analyze monthly performance data and identify business reasons for the shortfall in performance
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, report range of operational and financial metrics like offshoring, utilization, Span of control, blended rate, cost per FTE, Cost of delivery to track performance
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management review decks, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Ability to optimize, compress and consolidate multi-dimensional base data provided by finance, HR, operations team and generate insightful reports, analytics and metrics
