Job Description

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in regulatory compliance (BIR/Processing of Business Permits/SSS/HDMF/PHILHEALTH/SEC)
• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff (AP, AR, and General Ledger)
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Improve accounting processes and implement best practices
• Train and evaluate accounting staff performance
• Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
