Finance Manager

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute the annual financial planning (budget, forecast, rolling forecast) in alignment with corporate guidelines and Local Controller.
2. Design, prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and financial KPIs to local management.
3. Oversee general accounting, treasury, taxation, and local regulatory compliance.
4. Manage intercompany transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, while monitoring subsidiary profitability and financial performance.
5. Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring adherence to internal policies and IFRS standards in alignment with Local Controller
6. Implement global financial efficiency initiatives, automation, and process digitalization.
7. Analyze profitability by product line, vehicle model, sales channel, and geographic area.
