Overview

We are looking for a Finance Learning & Development Training Lead to drive capability building across finance teams through structured training programs, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strong finance background combined with hands‑on experience in training delivery and L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Building

• Lead the design and delivery of finance‑related training programs (e.g., accounting processes, reporting, systems)
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training sessions
• Identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for finance teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance programs
