Finance Executive (AP) - Mandarin Speaker

Position: Finance Executive (AP) – Mandarin Speaker Location: Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday) with rotating shifts: 9AM–6PM or 4PM–1AM / 5PM–2AM Salary: RM5,000 (basic salary) Additional Benefits: Language Allowance (RM300/month) KPI Allowance (up to RM500/month) Night Shift Allowance (up to RM20/night) Key Responsibilities: Perform financial reviews and validations in line with company policies Identify errors, duplicates, or non-compliant transactions Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards Collaborate effectively with international teams across time zones Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting Shared services experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) is required Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
