- Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support.
- Assists with the new business process and works with finance and business managers.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
- Establishes policies and procedures efficiently, timely, and accurately.
- Answers incoming requests from clients and assists with annual and quarterly forecasting.
- Assesses product and service problems and resolves issues using best judgment to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handles day-to-day general ledger accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned functional areas.
