About the Role
Daily Financial Operations
- Review original financial documents, prepare journal vouchers, and maintain ledgers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Regularly reconcile accounts with banks, suppliers, and customers; handle outstanding balances and discrepancy adjustments.
Financial Reporting
- Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis reports to support management decision‑making.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and provide improvement suggestions.
