Our client is looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for an initial 3-month period, with a potential for extension.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing tax calculations and filings, including monthly VAT and other periodic tax returns
Performing accounts payable (AP) invoice booking, recording supplier invoices and archiving supporting documentation
Coordinating payment arrangements, including scheduling and prioritizing payments based on received instructions
Executing online banking entries, initiating payments and ensuring accurate financial recording
Supporting monthly closing activities, including preparation of selected general ledger journals
Conducting payroll calculations using internal payroll systems
