About the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Perform on site trouble shooting, service or send quote before service.
- Write and submit service reports to customers based on the job done.
- Conduct training for operators on the correct operation and preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Work as a team to maintain and expand customer base.
- To travel overseas for commissioning, training or servicing of machine as and when required.
- Valid Class 3 driving license – mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years experience in field servicing.
- Technical skill in Mechanical and Electrical.
- Able to work independently after training provided.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Full-Time Position
- 5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)
- Off on public holidays
- Working Hours: 9 am to 5.30pm
