Field Support Technician (Mining / RF / Fibre / Underground)

Salary: R32 000 – R35 000 (Basic)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Support Technician with strong technical capability and underground mining experience to support installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialised communication and electronic systems.

This role requires a self‑motivated individual who is comfortable working on‑site, including underground environments , and travelling locally and internationally.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• N6 in Electronic Engineering (minimum)
• Valid Code 8 or 10 driver’s license
• Proven mine site experience with underground exposure (non‑negotiable)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literate (MS Office essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
