Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• InPerform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.
• Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field;
• analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service;
• ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.), soldering, power tools and test/inspect equipment;
• the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and repair complex installations;
• to work independently and as part of a close-knit team;
• positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
