Field Service Technician (Canberra, ACT)

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service team in the Canberra area, to provide service and technical support to clients in and around the region. We are open to all levels of experience and ideally the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region. 

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs
• Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment 
• Assisting sales force in product promotion and performance 
• Attendant training and customer liaison
