General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is currently hiring a Field Service Representative (FSR) for our Maritime Helicopter Project (MHP) In‑Service Support (ISS) program. GDMS-C provides maintenance and support service to the CH148 Helicopter Sub‑systems and delivered Ground Systems.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you provide long‑term support to fielded product at Department of National Defense (DND) facility located in Patricia Bay, British Columbia. As a main contact with the customer, you will provide initial technical problem responses, analysis and recommending resolution paths.

Operating principally from the GDMS-C Contractor Field Offices (CFO), the FSR is an integral member of the onsite multi‑contractor team, advising Senior Aircraft Maintenance Authorities, Maintenance Managers and aircraft Technicians; performing maintenance activities beyond the c...
