About the Role
Responsibilities
- Act as key contact point to Singapore Volume Onsite Calibration (VOSCal) customer.
- Analyse customer concerns & technical requirements, communicate to Keysight delivery team and develop streamline project / process to retain / improve customer satisfactory.
- Conduct closing meeting to all Singapore VOSCal Customer after end of every onsite to ensure metrics are met accordingly and get feedback from customer. Workout on the follow up actions.
- Manage record retention for Singapore VOSCal operations and support audit
- Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations for VOSCal customers in Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand
- Prepare equipment resources for Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & Thailand and scheduling for service delivery
- Arrange equipment and man power resources to carry out onsite calibration jobs
