DXC Technology is a leading independent IT services company. We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (PC and PC Peripherals Support) based in Christchurch.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests and provide on-site field support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and software.
• Provide installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
• Verify and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
• Attend to and resolve incidents/requests according to defined SLA.
• Maintain and update asset accuracy.
• Provide input or suggestions for maintaining knowledge articles.
• Support Walk‑In Service Center where applicable.
• Participate in project roll‑out discussions where applicable.
