About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation and providing technical feedback to customers
  • Maintain various calibration software platforms
  • Maintain calibration station upkeep
  • Perform safety tests on equipment
  • Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain close communication with customers to capture and meet expectations
  • Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
  • Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
  • Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
  • Set up new calibration capability for Keysight and multi‑vendor products
