Engage vendor support teams for deep-dive troubleshooting, bug escalations, and patch management.

Replacement of hardware or upgrade of firmware or patching.

2. Multi-Platform Expertise

Hands-on expertise in any of the Systems such as:

LenelS2 OnGuard

HID / Mercury-based systems

Milestone VMS

Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize controllers, readers, credential formats, PIN/biometric workflows, and enterprise permissions across platforms is essential.
