Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter .Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to onboard Delivery Executives (Delivery Boys/Riders) in assigned locations to support our growing logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Actively source Delivery Executive candidates using local sourcing methods, including field visits, job fairs, and local vendors.
Cold Calling & Engagement: Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and engage them via platforms like WhatsApp.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks of candidates to evaluate suitability for the delivery role.
