About the Role
**Description:**
You will be the Flight Hardware Management & Task Coordinator for the Modernized Target Designation Sight/Pilotage Night Vision System (M TADS/M PNVS) Repair Team. Our team is responsible for the end to end depot level production control, modification, refurbishment, and certification of flight critical hardware—mechanical, structural, optical, avionic, and complete system assemblies—ensuring every part meets exact customer and regulatory specifications.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Flight Hardware Management & Task Coordinator you will be responsible for driving the flow of hardware through the repair floor, aligning priorities across multiple subsystems, and acting as the primary on site liaison between our Orlando engineering hub, United States Government (USG) repair operations, and internal production teams.
