Overview:
Seeking a Field / Computer Technician to provide break-fix support for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices in the metro area. This role involves hardware repairs, field service support, ticket management, and customer-facing technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laptop and desktop break-fix repairs
- Replace hardware components including hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and LCDs
- Conduct full unit swaps and peripheral replacements
- Support field service requests across assigned service areas
- Update and close tickets in the service management system in real time
- Provide professional customer support during onsite visits
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all service activities
