About the Role

Description
Field Enablement Lead will partner with the Regional Sales Leader and Country Managers across APJ to define, develop, and execute Sales Productivity & Readiness strategic priorities. This role owns the end-to-end enablement journey — from onboarding new Sales Managers and Sales Representatives through continuous upskilling (Always-boarding) — ensuring our enterprise sales force rapidly reaches and sustains peak productivity across our full portfolio of offerings and solutions.

Key job responsibilities
- Translate business priorities and customer requirements into a cohesive sales productivity and readiness plan; own execution end-to-end
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments across the enterprise sales force to identify readiness gaps and prioritize high-impact enablement initiatives
