Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of retail stores merchandising dynamics
- Must be residing in Rizal/ Taytay/ Montalban/ Pasig.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers.
- Ensure that all vacancies and deployment are filled with qualified candidates.
- Monitor the inventory of stores.
- Work closely with the marketing and store operations teams to ensure effective product displays and merchandising strategies in retail stores.
