£12.81 per hour + £50 per sleep‑in shift

Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

About the role

We are looking for a calm, confident and caring Female Support Worker to join our small, friendly team in SY2, supporting two women in their 50s–60s with learning disabilities and additional health needs.

This is a rewarding role where consistency, patience and relationship‑building are key. One lady may take a little longer to warm to new staff, so we’re looking for someone who brings reassurance, warmth and reliability to every shift.
