FBS Strategy Integration & Reporting Analyst

Member of Strategy Integration & Reporting team that analyzes the effectiveness of new and existing agency management, performance and compensation programs. Participates in the development and creation of proposals and programs designed to improve the productivity and profitability of the Independent Agency Operations organization and the Independent Agent Channel. Participates in assigned projects to optimize allocation of resources. Contributes to operational reporting and analysis projects for IA distribution. Performs data analysis for the Independent Agency Distribution Channel across all agency segments and lines of business. Applies analysis, interpretation and reporting to solve defined problems. Evaluates data to identify trends in production and profitability of the lines of business and the distribution management group.
