Job Summary
The F&B Operations Manager oversees multi-store restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring strong operational performance, profitability, food quality, and excellent guest experience. The role is highly focused on BOH operations, kitchen management, food safety, and operational compliance across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches and NSO execution
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Ensure food quality, kitchen standards, inventory control, and food safety compliance
- Monitor labor cost, food cost, and overall store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Leaders and Operations Teams
