About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Cost Controller to manage food cost control and drive cost efficiency across operations without compromising quality. This role is responsible for recipe costing, inventory audits, wastage control, menu pricing support and close coordination with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure accurate cost management and operational discipline.
Key Focus Areas- Conduct food cost analysis and control variances
- Implement and maintain recipe standardization and costing
- Perform monthly inventory audits and stock reconciliation
- Monitor and control wastage, pilferage and portion compliance
- Coordinate closely with Purchase Stores and Kitchen teams
- Full package AED 10000 - 15000
