• Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 30 to 40 per week
• Employment: Permanent, full-time
• Minimum Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Responsibilities

• Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning crop growth and development
• Develop specific plans to prioritize
• Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non‑marketable lots
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Oversee clearing of fields, hoeing crops, and general farm operations
• Maintain financial, production, and quality control records
• Co‑ordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
