Job Purpose
We are currently looking for a Farm Supervisor to join our team. Under the direction of the Orchard Manager, the Farm Supervisor will organize work teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality compliance. Our ideal candidate is supportive, motivated self- starter, people-centered, and flexible to create a positive work environment.
