Job Description

The is seeking a Family Physician to provide primary and long term care services in the Hafford Special Care Centre and Primary Care site located in the Town of Hafford. The scope of practice includes the option of providing 2 - 3 days of regular clinic hours weekly, and provide LTC phone consultations 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
