Factory Supervisor

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supervision and planning of work orders.
• Ensuring production is able to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Manage operator efficiency and target at each machine and process.
• Provide progress data to coordinators and/or customers.

He/She should possess:

• Good experience in sheet metal fabrication / facade industry.
• Experienced in interpreting production shop drawings - panels, cladding, window louvers, doors etc.
• Ability to coordinate well internally with colleagues, coordinators and workers.
• Good skillset in managing data to provide progress information to others
• Hands‑on experience to train and demonstrate to workers.
• Ability to handle schedule pressure calmly.
