Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall facilities management operations across high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining premium asset standards, ensuring smooth operation of all MEP systems, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering world-class facilities services aligned with luxury property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall facilities management operations for luxury residential towers, villas, and commercial properties.
• Lead and supervise FM teams, service providers, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all MEP systems including HVAC, chillers, pumps, electrical systems, elevators, plumbing, lighting, BMS, and water features.
