Facility Management Lead What the day will look like
- Facility Administration
- Administer facultative facilities from onboarding through renewal and mid-term changes.
- Maintain facility guidelines, rating tools, aggregates, capacity trackers, and documentation.
- Monitor utilization, flag capacity issues, and support facility performance reviews.
- Placement & Technical Support
- Prepare and check submissions, quotes, line slips, binders and endorsements for facultative placements.
- Gather and validate risk data, ensuring it aligns with facility terms and underwriting criteria.
- Liaise with reinsurers to obtain and confirm terms, resolve queries, and progress placements to bind.
- Documentation, Data & MI
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of policy documentation, slips, endorsements, and bordereaux.
