Facility Maintenance Technician

FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB GOAL The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing semi‑skilled maintenance activities or assisting journey level maintenance staff in performing trade activities. Incumbents may serve as a lead to Maintenance Assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.), and two years of related facility maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• May serve as a lead to lower level maintenance staff, which would include prioritizing and assigning work.
• Constructs, installs, repairs, replaces, and maintains a variety of structures and/or equipment, which may include: walls, fencing, picnic equipment, posts, bleachers, playground eq...
