Facility Executive(2 Years Contract)

Position Summary

The Facility Executive ensures the safe, efficient, reliable and compliant operation of facility utilities,infrastructure and building systems.Reporting to the Facility Manager (or equivalent), this position supports day-to-day facility management by overseeing critical systems –including ACMV, CDA, electrical distribution, water supplies and related infrastructure – while driving preventive maintenance, timely repairs and sustainable upgrades.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems- including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utilities - to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support (as rostered) to respond promptly to equipment failures, out-of-spec conditions, emergencies, or critical incidents, maintaining uninterrupted facility operations.
